New year and new Midori Android update
The year 2024 has arrived and with it new challenges, new opportunities to improve, more ways to continue innovating and bringing our users a fast and secure lightweight browser that respects the privacy of users, today we present the first update of the Midori browser for Android in the year 2024. With multiple improvements for more stability.

Version 3.5.1 of Midori for Android, is a minor version that is released in order to correct certain problems in the usability of the Midori browser, however we have added new features:
- Upgrade to Geckoview 122.0
- We have added more than 2000 trackers to make browsing faster and more private.
- Improved extension support, more than 450 extensions are now supported.
- Improvements in the graphical interface.
- The option to report problems on websites has been added to improve the browsing experience on sites.
- Fixed a user interface error on the “Delete navigation data on exit” page.
- The anchor icon for pinned shortcuts is now in the upper left corner, which means that the shortcut page titles are less truncated.
- Removed the last of the unused libraries in the source code.
- You can now disable Drag to update. Settings → Customize → Gestures.
- Fixed Pull to Refresh activation after overscrolling up a page.
- Bing is set as the default search engine.
Cons
